Newbie - Looking for Real Life Experience

Hello BiggerPockets World,
I am in the beginning stages of my Real Estate career, and by beginning stages, I mean NEW NEW. I am 2 unit's deep into my Real Estate studies. *Go ahead, ask me what TILA stands for.. because that's about my level of education at the moment. LOL - Though I am soaking up these vocabulary terms, keywords and codes, I've noticed a trend: there are very few things in these books that will actually help me learn to be a real estate agent in real life.

I am very eager to get REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE and would love to find an internship with a company that specializes in finding investment properties. I am happy to chat about my experience and what I could offer to any company that would be willing to take on this challenge.

I am hoping to complete my Real Estate studies and obtain a license by June 2021 (and pray that COVID doesn't delay it)

Until then, I'll be listening to BP and hanging out in the forums.

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk,

xo, Kirstie
