Greetings to the BP community,

I've been reading the RSS feeds from BP on my smartphone and listening to podcasts and finally decided to take the plunge and join the BP community! I first got involved in Real Estate while I was still in college more than a decade ago, buying a new construction condo. I've parlayed that investment into six properties that I continue to hold and manage (I subscribe to the Buy and Hold approach for my personal portfolio). I have a degree in computer engineering but on the side I decided to pursue my Brokers license, last year finally taking the State exam and practicing as a bona fide Realtor. I'm looking to explore all aspects of Real Estate and grow my personal portfolio as well as expand my professional services. I'm also interested in ways to optimize processes by developing software (i.e. I developed an Android app while studying for the State exam) to make our lives in Real Estate more efficient.
