New Member/REI from DFW!

Hello All!

My name is Zach Scheer. I am a former public school music educator turned stay-at-home Dad, and I'm now moving into real estate investing. My financial advisor who is also a REI introduced me to the BRRRR method, and to BP. I live in Argyle, TX, which is an exurb on the NW side of the DFW area.

I am currently listening to BP podcasts, reading David Greene's BRRRR book, and looking at markets where I have existing connections (Little Rock, AR, Ada, OK, and Natchitoches, LA). Real estate is a long term goal for my family, and I am pursuing the BRRRR method because I have the time and flexibility to handle deal finding, significant rehabs, and the refi process. All I need now is the experience and expertise, which is why I'm here!
