New Investor from Atlanta

Hey All!

I wanted to stop in and finally introduce myself. I've heard of bigger pockets for years, even stopped by once or twice in the past but never dove in deep until recently. My name is Jeremy and I am a Realtor at KW Intown Atlanta. I figured that after 3 years of being an agent, it's time for me to start doing what I help my clients do and invest in real estate for myself.

My investment goals are to grow another revenue stream for my current business as an agent. This year has been a strange one for everyone, and has really shown me where my weakness' are as an agent. A large portion of my leads came from just being out and about (I play a ton of volleyball, and meet new people often while playing), and I was not able to do this as much for obvious reasons. This made me realize that I need to diversify my efforts. What better way to show my commitment to the product I help people with, than to invest in it myself.

This years specific goal will be to have 3 deals. I am still digging into where exactly I would like to start, but likely will be fix and flip. In 5 years, I would like to have a sustainable business with a mixture of investments, but as of right now would like to move towards building high end homes as my main investment source.

Like I mentioned above, outside of work I am an avid volleyball player. I usually play 2-4 nights per week, and play in tournaments around the Southeast on weekends. I also like to work out, bike, hike, and really anything that will keep me active. I also love trying new restaurants in the area, so if anyone has a new hot spot I am all for it!

Looking forward to learning from you all, and helping out where I can as well!

-Jeremy
