Concord, North Carolina Investor New to BP

Hello Everyone my Name is Abel Salazar from Queen City Building Investments LLC. I am new to BP but not to real estate. I have done different part of real estate from insuring the homes, helping friends and family rehab, to helping buy and sell homes to family. I joined BP because I am looking to grow my rental portfolio. I have recently committed to real estate investing and I am happy to say I am in contract right now for two SF homes one will be converted into a duplex. I am looking to continue to invest in Concord, Charlotte, Harrisburg, Kannapolis and Salisbury. Are their any investors, realtors, contractors in North Carolina??
