Real estate rookie looking for connections

Hey folks,

I’m in my late 20s living in Seattle area. I’m starting out in real estate investing and am so excited to join washington community on biggerpockets. I’d like to connect with you all and learn on how to get started on real estate investing. I’ve been self educating on some of the basics and even read couple of books. I’ve been exploring greater seattle market for about a year and haven’t really gotten to work out any deal so far. I’d love to understand what I’m doing wrong and how I can get started. Look forward to network with you all.

Thank you!

@M Shah, you have a good start and you are on the right track. Bigger Pocket is a great place to be. You also started to connect with investors and agents, read books, and see what is in the market.

What is the investment property type you are interested in (single family/ multifamily/..)?

Are you open for house hacking your next deal (for example something with ADU,....).

Best of luck!
