Hi everyone. My name is Brad Kanouse. I have been following Bigger Pockets for about a year or so. I am working on setting up financing and an LLC so I can start to BRRRR properties. I am mainly looking at houses in the Independence, MO area but willing to look farther out if the right deal is there. I am very excited to get working on my first house that will lead to many more and some financial freedom.
