Scheduling Your Day-to-Day

Hello everyone,

I'm brand new to the BiggerPockets Forum - My question is; does anyone have any real life examples of scheduling your life in your calendar?

I have always been a to-do list minded person. However, after listening to episode 419, I am very interested changing the way I do things. I am sad to admit that the to-do list way of operating fails for me more times than it succeeds. I lose track of the tasks, don't make dead lines, or don't schedule a time to complete those tasks and before I know it it's dinner time.

Does anyone have some examples for me based on what they've been doing? I would love to implement this way of getting my activities done into my life.

Side note: I'm 23 years old looking to purchase my first property after my current rent is up in August. My plan is house hack a duplex, triplex, or four-plex in the Portland Metro Area in Oregon. My current occupation is small business owner. I operate a local/long distance moving company with 21 employees, 8 trucks, and three offices servicing the Beaverton, Salem, and Corvallis/Albany areas.

Not sure if that is against the rules to post but I thought people should know a little bit about myself!

I look forward to meeting people on here - Cheers to the future!
