Ok Actually more of the NW metro area. I am currently working on getting over my fear of failure and just getting something done. I am a looking for condos or town homes to get started with. Preferably with some type seller financing due to fallout from a divorce.

I am not sure how much more to write about or how personal to get. But I am working at getting a passive income. I am glad to find such a great site.
