Hey BP community!

My name is Eli! I'm out of the Eugene, Oregon area. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for seems like forever! I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first rental property! I rented out the other rooms and now live rent free! After experiencing the power of real estate can have I'm hooked! I've saved up my reserves again and looking to do fix and flips to keep building my reserves/paying down my property. And if the numbers work than use the BRRRR strategy to continue my rental portfolio. I'm excited to network and see other people views on real estate, and to give back the knowledge I learn along this journey!
