Hello from Austin!
My name is Blayne Dreier. I'm a software developer in Austin, TX and a novice at real estate investing - I just acquired my first duplex. My current strategy is to buy and hold to create passive income, but I'm handy and love to plan and learn. So I would definitely enjoy flipping.
