Hi guys! First day on the forum, looking for people in Montreal to talk real estate with. I am a 23 year old entrepreneur looking to make my first purchase, we are coming into good times to buy. I am currently managing my personal stock portfolio and I'd like to make the shift towards building my real estate portfolio. My plan is to slowly purchase rental properties and eventually run a sustainable business in my building while managing my properties around Montreal!
