Hello, my name is Duy. I came to the State when I was 9 years old and have live and work in Portland, Oregon most of my life. I am a Social worker by day and REI by night (or whenever I have time.)

My wife and I purchased our 1st home back in 2015 and lived there for 2.5 years. During that time, we renovate our bathroom and kitchen and minor things around the house. We had the opportunity to purchased our 2nd home in 2019 and rented out the 1st home. Our goal is to focused on building wealth and generating passive income through buy-and-hold residential investing.
