Unsure College Student

Tim Zumbo
Posted

My name is Tim and I have an inquiry about investing out of college. I will have $22,000 in student loans when I graduate from college in two years. I save a majority of money and will be able to pay them off almost immediately out of college. I am also interested in Real Estate and experimenting with various career paths/investing paths. I have no real estate experience and I am currently educating myself by reading books, listening to podcasts, and started talking to others who invest.

Based on people's experience, does it make more sense to start investing debt free without school loans or invest before paying off my loans?
