Good Afternoon fellow Bpers i hope that is what we go by if you cant tell i am a newbie in every aspect. I stumbled upon the gift of Bigger Pockets thru the Bigger Pockets Money podcast accidentally while on Google music. I will forever remember that day, if i could express my gratitude for the knowledge i have received i would but i cannot. Knowledge is power and the concept of FI thru passive income via REI is gamechanging in my life. Little background information 30 y/o married to an amazing women with two healthy young boys. 60k a year combined gross income, 35k in student loans, currently renting, FICO 630, 3k in a online savings. Real Estate has become my obsession and i am determined to become financially literate and mend my past money transgressions. Anyway i am so grateful to have this community even if i am not currently a real estate investor.
