Good morning!

I have just purchased my first investment home in Kissimmee, Florida. I have received my license from the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (division of hotels and restaurants). I have been researching online and trying to find other specific licenses I may need for the county of Osceola. If anyone has any information they can provide me about additional steps I need to take regarding licensing and how to pay taxes it would be greatly appreciated! There is so much information, it can be overwhelming, so I am looking to the experts here first-thank you!
