New Member Introduction - Army/Military connections wanted!

I’m just finishing up my undergrad and am trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investment both here locally in Utah, and around the world. I’ll be an active duty Army officer when I graduate in 2021, and will live in many places around the world in the coming years.

I am planning on getting into small multi-family properties, and have considered single family home and even by-the-bedroom type rentals. I’d also love to get into flipping or wholesaling, with the right education prior to starting. I think my greatest interest would be buy and hold though.

Now is the time for me to learn as much as I can before life starts moving faster and the needs of the Army take me who-knows-where. I’d love to connect and network with people who are a few steps ahead of me in investing, especially those locally in Utah, and those in the military. I have a lot to learn, and I’m ready and willing to listen. Thanks!
