I am Lawrence a licensed RE Agent in Southbay San Diego, I am preparing to start investing in residential RE as well. Love helping clients, but would also like to take advantage of my experience and some of the deals I see out there. Would be interested in learning how other individual or small group investors are acquiring properties (cash, hard money...etc) and what their preferred "buy" is..short sale, REO, etc. Thanks, the site looks great and I look to meeting others and sharing my input also.

Welcome Lawrence Ratliff! Lately, my big push has been to acquire properties via hard money and refinancing them into a long-term mortgage (or flip them if I don't wanna hold it.)
