Hello, My name is Joseph, and I live in Virginia. I've been in healthcare for 25 years, and I've had many interesting positions while working within the same healthcare system. Presently, I'm a data processor. I produce maximum insurance reimbursements for medical care provided. I enjoy being helpful, learning, being outdoors, and most recently investment property television programs. heh

Over the past Winter months, I decided to buy property as my personal camping getaway. While doing so, I realized just how little I knew; which led me to Biggerpockets. All I can say is that I need the addict award based on merit, since I'm now on the site so many hours per day. Often times I want to print out entire post responses for later reference, only to laugh at myself knowing I can search for it on the site at any time. :)

I'll be sure to interact as often as I'm able. However, I find myself reading a post and having to stop, and research a new REI phrase, or term. As I learn, I'm sure I'm be able to join the conversations. I'm also jazzed, knowing I have a place to field questions when I hit an obstacle, or brick wall.
