Hello everyone, my name is Cory from Southern California. I'm interested in learning all I can about real estate investing. My current focus is on wholesaling. I really want to invest full time, so I am also considering flipping. There is one problem. It is my understanding that flipping more than two properties a year gets you tagged, and you lose many of the tax advantages that real estate offers. I'm also currently expecting to be done this month with my studies to become a licensed real estate agent. I currently own a tri-plex which I bought a 1-1/2 years ago. This was my start. California investors, lets get to know each other.
