Young & New to Real Estate!

Hi BiggerPockets community,

My name is Ajay and I am 21 years old and eager to get involved in the world of Real Estate (specifically single/multi-family). From what you have gathered from your years of experience and or trial and error, how would you advise a newbie like myself on the best way to go from where I am to where I need to be to be a successful real estate investor?

So far I have:

-Watched webinars on BiggerPockets

-Watched Real Estate Youtube Videos mainly concerning rentals

-Read How to Build Wealth in Real Estate by Grant Cardone

-Read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki (the one that got me excited about passive income!)
