Hello everyone!

I finally decided to make my first post on BP and introduce myself on this beautiful Independence Day afternoon. I'm new to real estate investing, but am looking forward to learning my local market, purchasing my first buy-and-hold SFR, and hopefully networking with some good people along the way.
