Hi everyone! My name is Addison and I am a 22 year old student (originally from Greensboro NC) who just finished my undergraduate degree and am entering graduate school in Raleigh. I was planning to attend dental school this fall, but was waitlisted at two different schools, so I'm now going to graduate school for a year before reapplying and that is my plan for my career. However, I will have to take out loans for graduate and dental school. This led me to begin reading several books on finance because as a biology major in college, I know nothing about investing or personal finance. I have recently read Brandon's book " The Book on Rental Property Investing", which led me to have an interest in real estate investing as a possible additional way to build passive income that could supplement my profession in the future. I have recently started investing into stocks, bonds, mutual funds as I have now realized the importance of beginning these things early. I was curious if anyone has any specific resources (books, podcasts, webinars) they would recommend for a newbie investor. Also any advice on how I should go about handling student loans from graduate programs would also be appreciated.
