I'm looking to invest around $30k in the real estate market. I want to some money to work, possibly do some rental properties or fix and flips. Is this a good time right now? looking for solid advice.

Hi @Chaunti Griggs Have you considered passive investing the into Multifamily? It's another route of "putting your money to work", aside from rental properties and flips.
