Real Estate Agent Newbie

Hello everybody,

How are you guys, I hope all is well! My name is Edosa and I'm from the Boston area. I'm currently reading,"How to Invest in Real Estate" by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin. And I'm almost done with the book! I've been studying for my real estate salesperson exam for a month now and I'm just waiting to get an email back from PSI regarding scheduling an exam date. But that's being delayed due to COVID-19.

What steps should I take upon receiving my license to ensure that I'm successful in this business? I like to learn from others' mistakes and I don't want to be among those people that quit after a year. Any advice/tips would help! Thanks in advance.
