Wholesale Paperwork in NC

Hey guys,

Can somebody tell me the paperwork required for wholesaling in North Carolina. I have only heard of contracts and assignment contracts but nothing with an exact name. Am I using the NC Offer to Purchase and Contract for the contract between me and the seller of what?
