Sacramento, CA Wholesaling

I am writing in hopes to reach anyone local to the Sacramento area about wholesaling real estate. I find the overwhelming amounts of information out there took me from action to analysis paralysis. I went from in my car and on deal machine and handwriting letters to looking at courses, videos, second guessing every move. I hope to start here in real estate and expand from wholesaling. Would love any advice from anyone in the area on this. Again, Im willing to learn. 

Any other advice from the outside would be amazing too. The internet can seem like my best asset, but also my greatest mental block as well.
