Getting started in the Memphis area

Andy York
Posted

Hello all. My name is Andy York. I'm from a Memphis area suburb (Atoka, TN). My wife and I are in a house that has been paid off for several years now. We've known for a long time that we would never sell the house and rent it out if/when we move. Lately we've been talking about moving, and that got me to begin learning about the business. Well since then I've started to see the power that real estate investing can have and decided i want more than just the one rental.

I've been listening to the BP podcast among others, reading books, and listening to audiobooks. I'm sure there are plenty of questions about I need to ask, but for now i just wanted to give an introduction and say hello. I'm excited to join the community and hopefully learn from like-minded investors.
