Hi everyone! So, I’m a little late in doing an introduction post (been lurking here on BiggerPockets for the past year or so). Currently, I have been taking some time to really research and dive into this realm of real estate investing.

I came to join Bigger Pockets after reading “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and immediately started searching for more information about real estate investing. For some reason, I had actually already purchased “The Book on Rental Property Investing” by Brandon Turner months earlier but hadn’t read it yet.

Since then, I have been reading through various real estate, business and marketing books as well as listening to BP Podcasts whenever I have a chance.

While I am currently living in Tampa, my wife and I will be moving to Wilmington, NC this summer. My goal is that once we make that move, I’ll officially start my investment journey. Until then, just trying to learn as much as I can.

Goal For 2020: Purchase one single-family property to hold long term for rental income by the end of 2020. My wife and I are also looking to purchase our first home before the end of the year as well.

From there, I would like to purchase 2-3 single-family homes a year with rental income in. I have considered multi-family but don’t know if I will dive in there just yet.

I have a goal number in passive income I would like to collect a month and will adjust my investment strategy based on what I see when I jump into it!

Really excited about joining the conversation and sharing my experiences with the community here!
