New to Real Estate lookin for deals & distressed properties

Hi my name is Mr Wesley I’m new to real estate starting I’m going to start flipping houses around my neighborhood can someone answer me this ,While I’m out driving looking for deals & I come across vacant & distressed properties. Once I get the address of the property how do I look up the homeowner updated address .Can someone show me how?  I Would like to contact them by phone so I would prefer getting a phone number as well as there address so I can direct mail them as well.

I believe it is a Google search question, but I have not done it personally. This search question gives a list of steps that may be helpful for you.

1. Go to the tax assessment website for the town where the mystery property is located. ...
2. Enter the street number of the mystery property, and the street name of the mystery property in the appropriate fields provided on the tax assessment property search page.
3. Click search, etc.
