Hi! My name is Shiwei Wang and I've lived in Charlotte for a year now and would like to get into real estate investing. I work in tech for a financial institution and I'm from South Carolina. My goal is to learn as much as I can about real estate investing and get started on the path of financial freedom.

I found out about Bigger Pockets through a friend and I've been listening to the podcasts ever since. I am looking to purchase my first property this year and would love some guidance throughout the process. Depending on the market, I am looking for buy and hold properties or properties I can fix up and flip.

Looking forward to getting to know this community!
