New Investor from NC
Hello everyone,
I hope you and your love ones are having a great holiday season.
I'm a newbie on this forum. Discovered it accidentally. I liked the topics that were discussed and the responses that were shared.
I spent the last few days of December thinking about my financial future and thought, it would be a good idea for me to get a little more serious about real estate investing.
I bought my primary in 2000, my first investment property in 2005 and my second one in 2006. I haven't done anything since, because of the economy in general and other life-related factors.
The first two rentals have been good to me. Always had good tenants except for the first couple of month after purchase.
I'm looking to purchase a couple of properties this coming year and I would really like to make real estate investing a more consistent vehicle for wealth building, rather than just an occasional thing.
I see there are a lot of people here with plenty of experience. I'm really looking forward to learning from all of you as well as share my personal experience.
Henri
