Newbie Multi Family Investor in Arizona

Ken Hominsky
Posted

Hello Everyone,

My name is Ken Hominsky and I am a newbie in real estate. I am looking to buy a duplex or four plex in the Phoenix, AZ area.  I would like to even live in a unit for a year or two as well. I work as a concrete truck driver and I would like to buy a place and hang on to it for a while.

I am hoping to connect with anyone who may be able to give me any advice on financing a property like this and others who may be more experienced in this area than myself. I'm reading a lot and learning a bunch from bigger pockets and just want to say this is very exciting and with a little help we can all do well in this real estate world.

Hope you all have a great day and look forward to connecting with you.

Ken
