Hi Guys! I have been researching real estate investing for almost a year now and started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast a few months back. WOW-there is a ton of information on here! I'm not going to lie-I have been a bit intimidated by all of it and getting started. I am working full-time and trying to get some cash flowing rental properties on the side. My brother started investing over a year ago and kind of tipped me off to all of it. I work in property management already and would love to make some connections! I do have some money to start, but definitely have analysis paralysis right now. The concern is that I don't have much room for error because we help to financially support my husband's family in Guatemala, juggle our house repairs in Charleston and are also trying to get some savings going for retirement. In addition to that, we have 4 fur babies: 2 English Pointers and 2 cats. I know I can make things work and am good with numbers, but I'm just super nervous to get started. I will take all the help, suggestions, constructive criticism, etc. that I can get. In return, I will try to help others with what I can! I speak Spanish and have a degree in translation if that's of use to anyone. I have also lived and worked internationally. Currently, I have someone in Columbia willing to partner with us so we have been considering properties there. I am open to other areas and love to learn. Thanks for reading and I look forward to making some lasting relationships here. Happy almost Friday!
