My name is Roderston Eugene. I'm a teacher from New Jersey. I am currently a newbie of sorts, I have a rental property in Jersey City, NJ that has been doing well. My real estate investing goals include buying at least one property (duplex-quadplex) per year until I achieve financial freedom. I started following bigger pockets on youtube and I believe in buy and hold to build long term wealth for my future generations. I hope that I can use the networks here to identify good rental markets.
