Newb From China Spring, TX

Hey guys, been lurking for awhile but never posted. I live just outside of Waco, TX in a community known as China Spring. We've lived here about nine years now and have seen values sky rocket. We bought and sold a flip house two years ago and we're just about to finish up with another one. I've only been listening to the podcasts for a few months or I'd be a lot further ahead. Currently I'm looking at getting out of flipping and into development, which is what brought me here. Look forward to chatting with everyone.
