General Contractor New to Real Estate Investing

Mike Snedaker
Posted

Hey everyone. Just listened to 15 or so podcasts driving to FL and back. I’m very interested in leveraging my construction business into real estate investing. I live in Ocean City, MD.

I have construction licenses for commercial and residential work in MD, DE, VA, and FL. I work with a partner and we do new construction commercial, commercial fit-outs, and residential remodels/additions. We also do a good amount of state and federal work. We have about 30 employees and many dedicated subs. 20 million in annual sales or so.

All this work for other clients. It’s time I start flex some construction skills into real estate. Always thought about it, but the ‘deals’ never landed in my lap. I’m here to learn and grow my network.

Thanks for having me!

-Mike
