Newbie from New York City

Hey all I am just starting out and watching videos on RE and BRRRR method. NYC is not the best backyard to start off so I wanted to see if anybody would like to join/help me on my journey and progress as well as find/ become a mentor to distill great wisdom on this young padawan. I have funds but really just want to either focus on one sector or dab into a little of everything. I started with some tax sales so far. Looking forward to hearing from yall!
