Hello, my name is Joy Sanders and I am new to the Pittsburgh area and looking to connect with real estate professionals to learn from and network with in my investment business. I currently drive for Lyft full time to learn the area, meet people, and find hidden deals. My background is in Business Management and Real Estate, though as an agent not an investor. My previous markets were Texas and California, but I have been in the burgh for 5 months now and I learn new things about the city daily. I will begin my real estate business by wholesaling, as many do, but my true passion is buy and hold or fix and flip and my goal is to be able to start that by summer next year. Pittsburgh is very attractive for investing to me because it is extremely unique and beautiful, the people are amazingly proud, supportive and friendly, and the real estate is affordable and appreciating with all the new industries. I love helping people and solving problems so I am looking forward to all of the challenges and rewards that come along with this business.
