Hello BP world! I am an experienced investor who is brand new to bigger pockets. I am excited to learn & share knowledge 🤗

I've been investing in Denver for over 13 years, so any Denver folks - lets connect!

More recently I've been investing in lower Michigan (Saginaw, Flint, Albion, Muskegon) and would love to grow my network w anyone else investing in these areas! I'm a big fan of selling on land contract out there & have created a great system that is easy for me to do virtually - with a few boots on the ground, of course. 

I am also getting started with selling performing notes so anyone with experience with that - I need advice! lol

@Charles Kao I've developed a system that works pretty smoothly everywhere in lower MI so I'm not super picky about where, as long as the price is right. I'm actually really liking the Flint market right now. I'll definitely keep in touch in regards to Muskegon, excited to connect!
