Hi to the all bigger pocket family

Hi all!

I am an Italian architect/designer leaving in Chicago,IL. I love art, architecture, design and of course food (especially pasta and pizza...:)).

I am a Newby in Real Estate Investment. I joined bigger pocket a while ago, but never put myself out there. So here I am! (finally)

I am looking to redevelop small multifamily buildings. I know it is probably what everyone else want to do, but since I am usually part of the design team for big multifamily I think this will be a good fit for me.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

I am exploring the Chicago market, but open to other markets as well.

Thanks all!

Sincerely,

Chiara
