New investor from Israel

Hi Guys, 

Nice to meet you all, my name is Avi and I'm from Israel, 

I'm an independent software consultant\developer, operating in the "big data' field. 

although I've been interested in real estate for a long time, it wasn't until recently that I've made a decision to 

make my first move, so I've done some research, read the book on 'The Book On Rental Property Investing' 

I'm interested in rentals\buy and hold. 

currently it seems that the real estate market in Israel is too risky and it seems like northern England has some good potential, so I'm looking to double down on it for the near future. 

I'm looking to meet nice, like minded people and hope to provide value to this cool community myself
