Please Help With Education Question

I'm helping an instructor put together a continuing education course for Minnesota, and I'm having a bit of trouble with their outline. Here's the topic that they want covered: "Valuation Methods That Require Data Competency and Third-Party Database RMLS"

I'm having trouble finding specific information on this subject, and my instructor hasn't been able to help. Would anyone here be able to point me toward some resources to study and summarize for the instructor?
