Hello All. I have been learning about REI for the last 6 months or so. Thank goodness for BP. I have finally nailed down the direction I want my portfolio to go which is multi family units (10+ doors) starting out in Jax FL. However, I have questions. Any advice about whether I should take the money out of the rollover IRA from my ex husband's 401k or just borrow from it would be great. Also, I am really interested in building a diversified team of people willing to give, receive, and grow as individuals while growing all of our portfolios. I am seriously excited about moving forward in this next chapter of my life. My goal for tomorrow is to try to find a RE networking group less than an hour away from me which has so far been a challenge. Wish me luck!

Good luck Michele! Jax seems to be a great market, and I have seen a few mentions of networking groups here on BP - hope you can find one that works for you! Have you tried joining Facebook groups for the JAX market as well? Those have been very helpful for me.

Cheers!
