Hi just coming out of college
Hi everyone, my name is Brendan. I am 21 years old looking to get into real estate and also soon to be graduate from college in May.
I have a decent amount of money to my name for someone my age, all from playing internet poker over my college years. Poker will be my income for a few years until I can get on my feet with real estate and investing. I am looking at a few houses that I can rent 2-3 spaces out to friends of friends just graduating and the price range of these places are all around 100k. These houses are all around the Albany, NY area and I plan on purchasing at least one additional place a year for the next 10 or so years.
Any general advice for a young first timer? Thanks in advance.
