Hello everyone! My name is Tim and I have been researching real estate investing for the past few months and have been listening to the BP podcast for about the same amount of time. I'm 20 years old, a student, work part-time, and live in the Greensboro NC area. It is nice to "meet" you all and I hope to have many productive conversations through this forum!
