Returning RE Investor Southern California

Hello BP Community,

Hi! My name is Gloria Lowen and I'm excited to be getting back into real estate investing. I've had success in REI in the past (two deals) and currently own one rental property. My area of focus right now is education and networking with other RE investors in Southern California. I am interested in partnering with experienced investors. What I bring to the table is my past success and the ability to help analyze and finance deals. I hold an accounting degree from USC Leventhal and have a background in media, specifically in television and radio news and current affairs.

I'm interested in growing my portfolio to the point where I have sufficient passive income to live a lifestyle that includes sailing, land travel, skiing and cycling all over the world. I am fortunate to have a partner who works full-time so that allows me to focus entirely on REI. I hope to be able to offer him the opportunity to leave the job and come work with me.
