Real Estate Glossary

I have looked for, but unable to find a glossary of real estate terms and phases on Bigger Pockets. Although I have trouble spending more than 45 minutes at any given time in front of the computer. Is there a book or pamphlet available, anywhere that I may look up the meanings of this language? This would be a tremendous resource to understand and be understood by those I wish to communicate with.

I have seen this section on BP however; I am looking for an exhaustive concordance of real estate, financial, legal terms, anything associated with speaking the language of an investor. Preferably in physical book form. There seems to be so much to learn. It gets intimidating sometimes. Thank you again.
