HELLO BIGGER POCKETS COMMUNITY!!!!!

My name is Michael Dentico, and I am from the greater Rochester New York area. I plan to start my world of real estate investing right here where I live because of the ease of access while I am learning and making many many beginner mistakes. I started to work toward and am currently still working on my real estate license. I jumped into the schooling for the real estate license before I really understood the opportunity that exists in the real estate world. Thanks to running into some of the videos that Brandon Turner had placed on YouTube I have found this wonderful site and wealth of resources. 

I plan on working with clients to buy and sell their own real estate while working on build my own real estate empire at the same time. I plan on building up rental properties but also when the deal make sense quick flips for good chunks of change to be able and reinvest into the next property. 

I have only discovered this resource about a week ago and in this very short amount of time I can tell I want to be apart of this community not only to help me to progress but to be able to help others to build themselves in this world once I of course have myself off the ground and at least walking. 

I am going to be looking for knowledge, investors, lenders, mentors, agents, basically anyone and everyone that I can network with because lets be honest you never know when you might need to reach out to someone that has specific knowledge in a niche you are not knowledgeable in.

welcome to the community I am a rookie investor as well i have been to youtube University and there is tons of cool investment strategies to use out there but if your going the licence route you may want to try howard hanna realestate services and also start attending the fria groups real estate investers association i have been going for a few weeks and i have learened so much about the local market and it provides very good networking opportunities with other rookie investers and veterans in our local markets again welcome to the community
