Hey everyone this is my first post so here goes nothing. My name is Rome Raymond. I played basketball and football locally at Berkmar High School in Gwinnett county, Georgia. I went on to become a 2x ALL AMERICAN and then professionally. I am now an athletic trainer in the Johns Creek area. I train pro athletes all the way down to middle school athletes. I love what i do and its a big passion of mine I just would love to do it on my terms not because I need the income.

I have ZERO houses under contract or have not spoken with my first home owner. I have prepared by investing in my business with Carrot.com/Prop Stream/Bigger Pockets/Mojo Dialer and have recently hired a Virtual Assistant and a Blog Writer. This week I am turning on the engine and giving this my all so essentially THIS WEEK IS THE MOST IMPORTANT WEEK OF MY LIFE. 

• I am looking for a CLOSING ATTORNEY in Georgia that doesn't mind looking over documents helping a newbie through the ins and outs of wholesaling and more.

•  A local real estate investor willing to help me diagnose potential deals. Someone also familiar with CREATIVE STRUCTURES such as: subject 2, owner finance, short sale and other plus when to apply them.

• Build relationships with people whose interest mirror mine REI Meeting, open houses, and more
